Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 5 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled up to 1.5 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service (unless the allocated appointment time is filled then no charge will apply).

Appointments cancelled within 1.5 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service (unless the allocated appointment time is filled then no charge will apply).

If a card was provided when making the appointment booking this card will be charged, in accordance, with the above cancellation policy. If no card was provided on booking the client will be responsible for paying the service cost before booking their next appointment.
